Our AV team is responsible for executing our Sunday worship experience and ensuring that everything runs smoothly so that the gospel can be front and center. This team includes audio, lighting, graphics and video.
Our Hospitality Ministry is about creating a lasting first experience for our guests. Greeting each person with a smile and excitment. We are eager to help people connect and take next steps
The Music Ministry is committed through song and music to edify, uplift, inspire and continually set the atmosphere in all worship services where only God is always glorified through praise and worship. Through music the aim is to consistently be effective in bringing souls to Christ, help the congregation to focus on the word of God and usher in the presence of God to save, heal and deliver the lost from bondage.
The Children's Ministry is responsible for teaching children (preschool – 8th grade) about the Word of God and to let them know that Jesus is love and He loves them. Here they will nurture and guide children into a loving and serving relationship with Jesus that they can incorporate into their daily lives. Children's Ministry also includes:
Nursery services (ages 6 months to 2 years)
The Ministry of Arts exposes the congregation and guests to the arts with theatrical productions, illustrated sermons and dance. Arts consist of:

TThe Health Care Ministry is licensed, unlicensed and non-medical professionals. They assist the church congregation in various ways. They respond to minor first aid needs as well as medical emergencies that arise during any of our worship services, funerals and special events.
The Announcers Ministry is responsible for delivering the church announcements in a spiritually professional manner. As the voice of hospitality, they are dedicated to representing Citadel of Praise through commitment to our church and our community.
The Cancer Support Ministry is designed to support those that are challenged with different types of cancer and to bring words of love, support and encouragement to those family members and love ones this may be affected.
The Follow Up Ministry is systematic procedure to follow up with new members of Citadel of Praise specifically with regards to familiarize then with the church and directing them to areas of the ministry that will best serve their needs as new members of our church family.
The Good Samaritan Ministry is to show the utmost compassion, love and dedication to those we serve. This minister is designed to comfort, console and encourage those who have experienced a transition of a loved one through phone call, card and attend services.
The New Members Ministry is to meet, greet and love every new member joining Citadel of Praise. The ministry assists with the orientation of new members' sessions.
The Newsletter and Publications Ministry is committed to ministering and winning souls to Christ through photography, graphics, editing, writing articles, biblical research, designing calendars and creative publications.
The Pastoral Care Ministry was designed to aid the Pastor with Christian Counseling for the members of Citadel of Praise. The well-being of the people that we serve must always be of primary concern to the ministry. Upholding the creed of our church "We are a church that loves God and love people." Our goal is to demonstrate a character of Compassion, Respect, Equality, Integrity and Love with everyone we encounter.
The Pearls of Citadel Ministry are women led of the Holy Spirit and full of character and wisdom. We are distinguished by their age, knowledge and leadership. We are firm but kind, we are stately but humble, we are exalted but accessible. We also have an Annual Scholarship Brunch to raise funds for our high school graduates that meet the criteria and have been accepted to an accredited college or university.
The Sons of Citadel Mentoring Ministry is designed in providing young men from ages 12-18, with Godly guidance and wisdom for everyday practical interactions with family, peers, leadership and self.
The Citadel Street Ministry is a full gospel street ministry committed to reaching those who are lost and in need of a right relationship with God.
The Women's Ministry is dedicated to empowering, uplifting and promoting spiritual growth, while developing a transformation relationship with Christ. The Women's Ministry has a women (only) service every third Friday of the month at 7:00 p.m., led by Lady Tracey.
